Current practices of sourcing by retailers and buying houses are facing bottlenecks in terms of product understanding, their specifications - resulting in double handling - adding unnecessary cost to imported products, their timely deliveries, freight costs, electronic communication, etc. Considering these bottlenecks, new approach to sourcing is essential.
